I am trying to run a 512mb rom. I am using supercard on NDS.
After 30 sec loading, the screen blank. can anyone help?

You have confused me in many ways.  I take it you mean 512 megabit cause I don't know of any rom thats 512 megabyte. Don't read it like that because the SD/CF card uses megabyte.

Also if it runs and freezes then its the rom that is the problem, or the patcher.  Im guessing its probably Spiderman or Tony Hawk?

What game is it?

You cant run a 512mbit game from the SC ram, as it only has 256mbit.

You must run it from the CF position.

Good luck,

Steve.

when the rom is in the supercard software, right-click it and there will be some options, click on properties. Then there will be a box that tells you where to put the rom, choose sd instead of supercard. The rom will now be loaded from the sd card and you can play it. :D

512mb is a perfectly normal way to refer to a rom.  in the cart-based rom scene, games have always been referred to in terms of Mbits not MBytes...  anyway, he used a lower-case 'b', so it's not that confusing.. and even if he said "MB", we all know he's not talking about a 4096 Mbit game. LOL
