Can anybody suggest some Japanese games I should be playing?

Been loving 'Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan' and recently got round to trying ' Band Brothers' (great game), and am wondering if there are any others I should try.

Please bear in mind that my Japanese is terrible, so the games/menus need to be easy to understand.

Puzzle Bobble and bubble bobble are definitely something to check out.
Goemon and Jump Superstars may be easy to understand. Just stay away from games like Touch de Rakushou! or Simple Series (althought I've seen people play the first one for long time, looking only at the images )
Princess Peach and Monkey Ball are safe bets too.

Goemon and JSS are not easy to understand. They are all Japanese. Simple pool is ok cuz it has some english and its pretty good.

Goemon isn't hard to figure out if you don't know japanese. Sure you won't understand the story... but if you've ever played a goemon game before it should be easy easy to figure out.

Monkey Ball is great fun! even if u never played it on other consoles

The DS Simple series Billards (Pool) game is good, and the menu's are partially english.  It plays well and makes good use of both screens.

Jump Superstars is heaven for a manga fan like me. And it is fairly easy to get into. There are some great faqs online as well.
