I'm sorry to say, but you're an idiot biggreen.

If you would have read any of my posts, you would have seen that I continually said that we have duty taxes in the US, and that as long as the seller/business has not stated there may be additional charges, including duty taxes, there CAN NOT legally (in America) be additional charges applied to your credit account or charged upon delivery after the close of the purchase.

If you are charged additionally, you do have means for a lawsuit, not to mention you will be reimbursed the amount you were taxed, as you were taxed illegally by American laws and standards.  Why you cannot get this through your thick skull, I do not know.

There was never any question to whether duty taxes are charged in the US, or how much the charge would be.  dshier89 asked if he would be charged for this particular order, and that is it.

I apologize for closing your thread dshier89, but it cannot be avoided.
