hi! probably been posted before!! how do you flash supercard with ver 1.55 please

There is no version 1.55. The latest version (just released) is 1.54. Download it from www.supercard.cn. It's in .bin form so you just have to load it up as if it was a GBA game. It will show you the version you are using, and ask you if you want to upgrade. Just press A for yes and it will do a full update to 1.54.
