I am bummed.  I bought two more Supercard SD's from Kicktrading for my kids for Christmas, but one does not work.  When you turn the GBA on, the Nintendo logo is missing at the bottom and it freezes at the Gameboy logo.  The same on the DS and it does not even show that a cart is in the unit when turned on.  The first one I bought and the other from this shipment work fine.

I hear that Kicktrading is good with customer service.  I will soon find out.

Bad unit. It happens in everything that's mass produced. Kicktrading will probably return it without any problem.

Kicktrading is excellent with customer service in my opinion. They have no qualms about exchanging defectives/broken/misbehaving units so long as the sticker isnt off.

They emailed and said I would get a new unit in 5 to 7 business days, so everything should be cool.  The good service reputation is apparently very true.

Excellent, so they are sending it out without even waiting for the return to come in for testing? Damn thats trust and service (they probably also wanted to be shure you got it before christmas too )

I personally don't recommend sellers lightly, and I could really go into some negative ranting about a couple I have had horrid experiences with and lost money to  :wink: kicktrading has treated me very well and with lots of patience (something I do nowadays is send an innane/newbieish question or two before I buy from a new place, just to see how/if they answer it - its generally a good way to see if they will have decent after sales service as well... telling how they treat the newbie is usually a great way to know)

That is excellent customer service practice. I'll be sure to keep them in mind when looking for goodies.
