i dont seem to beable to get the sav and the gba file for
Nintendogs - Dachshund & Friends (E)

at
darkfader.net/ds/games/

anybody know where i can find them?

The GBA file? Don't you mean NDS file? Anyway, I do believe linking to roms is forbidden here.

Firmware versioning: Get a Passcard 3, a SuperKey, or a slot-1 flashkit. Then it doesn't matter which firmware you have.

it don't matter now i flashed my passme for another game

i made one of them jtag cables it was so easy its unreal
