Ok in Mario and Luigi partners in time, I have noticed there are boxes the you jump up at that have a green pipe, like the ones in the old game that you would stand on and travel down in, but i cant get these boxes to do anything.  Does anyone know what they are for?

are you talking about the warp pipes?

If you hit them when you are separated with your babies/adult counterparts, they will appear next to you.
