i must be really dumb....
cory basically sent me a thesis on this subject, but still my head spins.....
Since Xmas day my family has increased by 2 new DS's....
Flashed OK, still need to update patcher and current firmware (did it early december)...all seems ok....but....
i am confused re. saving a game...
L R B Select saves GBA games, but how do you save in DS ??
Are their hot keys to be used, or must we wait for the save in the game??Lost in blue saves OK, as does MKart, but my son informs me that his SupermarioDS will not save...

Could somebody please submit all the hot keys available....and answer my "how to save" thing
Incidentally, i read the sticky on saving, but this SC thing is very fluid and seems to be changing all the time....resulting in obsolete info...

There are no saving hotkeys in DS mode. The only thing you can do is exit back to the SC menu -- nothing else. This option is only available in the newest patching software/firmware, too, and doesn't work with all games.

are you saying we CANT save in DS mode at all(other than when supported by the game)??

If you are referring to real time save then its not available when running NDS games. The in-game save works as it is you don't need to press special key combos to manually choose "Save" like GBA games.
