first just want to say thanks to this forum for all the info and help, Anyway I am scrounging for roms so I'll have something when my sc gets here. Is there anyway I can check these to see if they are clean good dumps? I looked for a 'good tools' program for nds but cant find anything. Dont want to get my ds bricked on the first day.

If you just want a renaming tool for NDS/GBA, Nintenren is fine.  Alternatively, if you already use ClrMAMEPro or RomCenter to organize ROMs, there are DAT files for GBA and NDS ROMs at Pocketheaven.

Pocketheavens dats are becoming quite outdated (they stopped at release 221 for some reason...we are now at 240) so I would recommend the unofficial no-intro NDS dat:

Just follow the link on the main site, register to get into the forums, and download Solidsnakes dat (or Connie's dat if you want them scene numbered)
