EDIT: YES IT WORKS MAN!! THANX ,I WAS STRUGGLING WITH THIS!!
You saved the day! :D

Actually Koji mentioned ffdshow first, but I guess we were both thinking the same thing. I have been using it for quite some time. You can aslo enable/disable various audio and video decoders. FFDshow just plain rocks, and it doesn't dirty up a Windows OS like codec packs tend to do.

the OS mess-ups , is the thing i hate most about custom packed codec packs.

But i guess i have to thank both the guys that hinted me for the ffshow ish :)

@ cncRaven : flash moonshell.nds on your sd cart ,and the dpg files of your choice aswell. Then run Moonshell.nds from your SC Menu.
Now in Moonshell, select the file you want to play. (dpg/mp3/jpg etc)

Now i have a question for other users. The highest bitrate/quality that will play on my SC SD with dpg files is:

Video: 224 , 160 kbit/s, 24fps
Audio: 32kHz

When i increase the bitrate of sound quality, the movie will hick up for sure, and the audio will not be lip-sync with the video no more.

Is there any way that i can play movies in higher sound/image quality ,without hickups in the movie??
