I tested v0.7 and 0.8, but OGG apparently freezes moonshell when playback is attempted (SCSD). I read that this was an issue somewhere else in the forums. My question is, has anyone been able to compile a version that does play OGG yet?

Edit: Nevermind. All I read is that OGG is busted in the SD release, and I am assuming that it has not been fixed yet. So sad. Oh well, at least I have a SC CF to play my OGGs with until the SD version is working :) Oggs just rule.

im impressed with OGG on Q0 ... the size is fantastic.. and the quality is allmost a mp3

The problem is the unoptimized ASM SD code. Until someone rewrites it in C and it can be optimized, OGG playback will be spastic at best.

ogg when put into the EXFS should work fine since that access isnt slowed by the SD driver, although then you have to load them with moonshell every time
