Red Mario Kart DS...got one!

I searched all over the area for one of these about a week ago, but since it was a Xmas exclusive (or so every store I went to said) and I nearly gave up. Welp, found it online, it arrived today, flashme'd about 10 seconds after opening the box, and boy is it beautiful! I really like the color red for the DS!

Anybody still looking for one of these, I got it from Walmart online!

I honestly want a Black or Blue one. My 2 Silver DS are scratched as hell.

Well they say that Jan 16th the new design will be revealed.

I'm actually kind of worried about this, and this is why I have two flashed NDS units. I have this bad feeling that we will not be able to flash the newly designed unit, or at least with the ease of which we can right now.

Yeah, that's probably why I won't get the redesign unless it has LOADS of new features. I need my flashme

The new redesigned DSes will probably have a passme work around. Maybe even flashme, but it may require soldering and flashing manually with PPflash.

Well, I have never been good with soldering myself. I think the most in-depth mod I have ever accomplished was flashing the DS, and that was because of it's simplicity

Before that, I was a Dreamcast freak...and as you well know, everything there could be done in software. Who knows, depending on how difficult it will be, I may take the leap and mod a newer DS...when it is found out how to do so.
