There's really no way to know if a pin is loose without looking at it.  It could be any of them.

Yeah, if you want to fix it yourself you'll need to take the Supercard apart and look at each pin to see which one is loose from the board.  Of course, you could always contact the dealer you purchased it from and see if they will replace the defective product you received with a new one.

BTW, make sure you use a soldering iron with a very fine tip if you plan on fixing it. :wink:
