have the CF card(if u use SC CF) inserted, and put force on the middle of the SC, then just slide it out. if u dont have the cf inserted its alot harder to pull
i dont know about SD tho

when i first started using my sd supercard i felt it was stuck to, turn your ds upside down and just try to wriggle it out a bit from each corner. after a few uses it gets pretty smooth.

It won't break. My advice is to put it in and out a dozen times to get it worked in. It'll come in and out smoothly in no time.

I used a fine grit file and filed the end of the SD card and a little of the edges where the SD card is inserted. Works like a charm. Never gets stuck. Did this to my son's as well. Perfect.
