So there's two main versions of the Supercard.  There's the Old version, and there's the New version.

Which one do you have?

Hmmm, I've owned two supercards with the sticker on that's labelled 'new' that you've posted Diablo.

One version needed cutting to fit in my ds and the other fit out of the box.

There are two main Supercard versions when it comes to the Supercard's functionality.

There are a number of shell revisions for the Supercard, including the alteration you mentioned to make the Supercard DS compatible, as well as the Japan-only release of a yellow Supercard.  However, these revisions are still using the same internal hardware, which is the "new" hardware, and are, therefore, all considered to be the same version.

I have the newer version... or I should say "had". It wouldn't load roms with the DS.

I returned mine to chipdealer and am waiting for a new one... still. Hopefully this one will work better. Otherwise I might have to break down and buy a SP just to use the supercard.

I've got 2 of the new versions.  I didn't think the old ones were available outside of china?
