GBA Movie Converter

Whenever I run the movie converter or the music converter there is always an error there.However the pictures converter works fine...any ideas??

What's the error? Did the software install fine? Have you tried uninstalling, then reinstalling? Did they ever work?

Movie_Converter.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
then it just asks me if I want to debug and when I try it says that I can't.

Also, have you tried running them in Windows 95 or 98 compatibility mode?

Yes I have tried that but I havent done the W95/98 compatiblity mode,how do i do it?

If you're running WinXP, right-click an executable, then select "Properties"
Click the "Compatibility" tab, then check the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
Select the OS you want to emulate, then click the "OK" button

When you tried re-installing, did you use the same download, or a new one? I recommend downloading a new copy in case your original was corrupt. You can find mirrors for the v1.3 GBA Media Maker in the Much faster Supercard software mirror sticky.

How about running the install executable in Windows 95 compatibility mode? It's worth a shot, right? :wink:

You may also want to restart your computer after you install it. You can also try running the install executable again, after the software has been installed, and select the repair function.

:eek: I have even tried it with the NT mode and I have restarted it like 6 times...
Is there any other software that canverts movie files to the gba type?

Any ideas how to listen to music?

One thing about meteo can you play movies larger then 32mbs? And if so how. Thanks alot.

Yes, you can play movies that are over 32mb. I have a 54mb Anime Music video on my 512 Sandisk (which I use with the DS, although it still freezes up). Just simply load the file, and convert! =D

hmm I still cant get it to work for me. Tell me what I am doing wrong. First I convert this one anime episode I have(Beck 05) with meteos. I get a .gba file now from that wich runs in Visual boy advanced fine. Then with the supercard software I patch it but it says
compress yes
save yes
cheat no
restart yes
patch no.

so I do it anyway then copy to my compact flash card and try to run it on supercard but it doesnt work.
