anyone knows if there's a irc client in development?

I believe the Steve Stair (the ds wifi guy) said that he was going to develop a simple IRC client as a first real application using his wifi lib. He is still working on the wifi lib currently.

Several people are working on IRC communication, but it may be a little while before they make anything more useful than a test program that logs onto one server/one channel, and can't send.

We are already seeing some good uses out of the wifilib though. There are programs available to transfer data from your PC to your SD/CF cards as well as just recently released a program that lets you use your DS as a wireless controller for your PC.
