Is there any way to get certain games like Urbz and Lego Star Wars to work on SC - once they're run through the SC software, they just show the white screen on startup.

and

I read about the new rominfo.dat - but someone said Mario Party Advance does NOT work if you update the rominfo.. so.. what other downfalls are there to updatingthe rominfo.dat file?  I love MP Advance and, unless it fixes the games I mentioned above.. why would someone upgrade?  Personal preference?

Please check our master compatibility list for what settings to use for certain games during patching.  

I have not heard of any backwards compatibility issues with updating the rominfo.dat file.  Normally you'd upgrade to get improved compatibility with newer games.  Test out Mario Party Advance with both .dat files and let us know what works better.
