How can you not admire Nintendogs? Its the DS showcase title.  It's the only title that uses all hardware features of the DS.

While it was fun in the store for about five minutes, I found actually playing it boring, and found saying my dogs name 1000 times embarassing and tedious.  While I do admire that the dogs were very lifelike, I don't find that it makes a good game.  I also happen to live in a house with two dogs, so I think I would rather play with them in real life.

I also think that Yoshis Touch and Go, Wario Ware, Feel the Magic, and Trace Memory made just as much if not better use of the DS's features.

kraken I agree with you, I bought nintendogs but didn't play it much at all. I also own 2 dogs, maybe it's more fun for ppl that don't have dogs lol. Or most likely kids, I hate having to repeat stuff all the time. Since I have my supercard I havent touch that game.

Actually I guess its not really a "game", more of a simulation.  I think it is very cool.  My 12 year old daughter just loves it and we have 3 real dogs.  Nintendogs did not make my game list, but does reside on my SD (along with Electroplankton).

Also, I'm glad someone mentioned Sprung.

Basic premise is that you control the dance movements of 3 Japanese male cheerleaders (not to be confused with the sexually ambiguous image of american male cheerleaders).

You control their movements by prompted touches to the screen (Think DDR or Parappa). It's got lots of pretty bizarre situations and 14 of the catchiest songs I've heard in a while, and its as frustrating and addictive as hell.

Thanks a lot for that info, I finally got to trying it out! All this time I this image of a card trading type of game. I never thought it was a music/type game. What you said about it being as frustrating and addictive as hell is right on the money!

If there are other great japanese games fully playable like this one for everybody, plz post some titles!
