Convert SC saves into Action Replay max save (.dss)?

Hi, just wondering if it is possible to convert a SC/m3 .sav into a .dss (action replay save file)

I know there is a way to convert SC to max format, but not the other way around

I want to convert my band brothers save into a .dss format so i can edit the save and add some songs?

is this possible

Some guy created a packer/unpacker for daigasoo music, look in dcemu for it.

EDIT: looked everywhere, found something called MKBBEROM r03, but i dont think that does anything.
