Hi, people.

First of all, sorry if these question were answered before, but I have done a search and I couldn't find  the informations those I need.

I am thinking of buying a SD version of SuperCard to my DS. GBA support IS NOT important to me. But before to buy it, could someone answers if:

1 - Is there a difference between these versions (CF and SD) if I want to play homebrews(emulators)?
2 - Is there a difference between then on the battery life? Some people said to me that on SD version the DS battery life is better, is it true?
3 - I have read that SD version have more slowdowns then CF version in some games (like Castlevania intro and Tony Hawks). Is it true?

Thank you very much for your help.

Best Regards

Andre

Well if GBA support is not an issue and homebrew is important to you then CF is the way to go. It usually take a lil longer for emu developers to implement SD support. Also the compatibility of the CF is slightly better than SD. Either way you'd probably be satisfied  8)

What I really want to run is SNESDS and NesDS, so, if it is possible to run them on Supercard SD, no problem to me.

Talking about DS battery..... the time consumption is the same?

Well SnesDS is a bit broken at the moment. The SD card fits better into the cart but some people dont like this because you have to take the cart out to change the SD card.

SD homebrew is only just becoming as good as CF so all the programs that dont fully support SD should within the next few versions of it. TBH I cant really think of any programs that dont support SD but im sure there out there.

(bear in mind this only applieds to programs that use the SD card, all homebrew games that just run like a rom are the same with SD)

Unfortunately I dont know what power consumption is like between the two but I assume its pretty similar.
