Im trying to look for an emulator that can play pokemon ruby vers, im using visual boy advance right now, and tried boycott but they dont seem to load it.

Run it through the SC patcher and it should work

but isnt the sc patcher for the sc card itself? im just trying to play off my computer on an emulator.

it should work with visual boy.  try going to options/emulators/save types and change the save type to flash 128k.  i think pokemon needs a different type of save

no visual boy advance works a treat out of the box.
