Super card is not illegal roms are! Ebay has its own terms and conditions and can remove items as it sees fit. They again are not committing any crimes but I doubt they would like to get into an argument with Nintendo so they remove the auctions. Same with Xbox modchips ect.  There are ways around this obviously but then you would be breaking EBAY rules and could lose your account. So basically don’t sell or buy devices that will allow you to play commercial roms off ebay its bad news. I mean 90% of gba games sold on ebay are pirate that’s lame. Nice to see where ebays priorities lay isn’t it. Ban the chips/devices sell the pirate games !

You have right to resell what yours as long what you sell is legal.
Bypassing protection is "legal" under some circonstance such as play imported games "not applicable for ds". And some other thing. Do you think Divineo would still be alive after all these years ?

I'm not sure that's true, Nintendo is a kind of franchise, with Europe, America and Asia. So if Nintendo Japan release a gamecube game it is for sale and use only in Japan - because the franchise will not get their money, as they should. I think now I come to think of it that they are marked with "for sale and use only".

Everytime you buy an imported game it gets marked as a sale for the franchise that covers the area, so by buying imports you are (I suppose in theory) damaging your own user base, as to Nintendo it appears it did better in Japan, than England - for example.

One thing I find quite amusing is the US standpoint on bypassing protection, in that the level of protection used is often against US law anyway, as they have so many laws based on a (maybe not so unfounded) paranoia of people using techniques to communicate that cannot be intercepted.

How can they sell Supercards on Ebay, I didn't buy mine from there wanted warranty from kick trading...paid more, but least I know if it breaks it will most likely be replaced.
