Change language in Tony hawk's american sk8land...

Hi, I have the USA dump of Tony hawk's american sk8land, and I would like to change the language to italian (I have the PAL dump too)... I found out that the languages are in the arm9.bin, but if I copy the pal arm9 to the usa's one, the rom doesn't work... Does anybody know what Should I modify in the usa rom or add from the pal one, to make it work in italian, please?

Why don't you just play the Europe dump of the game(The ones with (E) at the end of the rom name). Those ones always have language selection..

I know, but if I flash the pal version with the patching software 2.51, the game stucks at the save selection screen just when the spray can arrives...

I had that problem with E version also.

Have you tried turning off trim, restart, or fast play? That might fix the problem. Trim I think is the source of the problem..

Or try choosing Supercard for ROM Position Patch..

Yes, I tried, but it takes a minute to load 64 mb of rom... Too much time. Moreover, after a little time the rom stucks anyway.. However, finally I succeded in modding the rom manually and now it works flawlessly... Thanks anyway for your replies...

Well, I beat the game like that.. I know its pretty annoying to wait for a minute to load but I guess thats the only way for now..

My rom now loads in nearly 5 seconds...

If you choose "SD Card" for Patch Rom Position, it does loads in 5 secs. But then the game plays very choppy(at least it does for me)..

That's because the game runs from your Sandisk SD card and it's too slow for certain games, like tony hawk.

Well I don't really mind at all.. No one can get this game working perfect withn the other way, at least that's what I've read...
