With games like megaman battlenetwork DS and Feel the magic if you have a certain gba game in the cart you get a feature like a hat or a soul....
Can I put a game on the supercard like megaman and have a gba game in the sd card as well so I still get the bonus feature?

Chances are you could unlock said features by patching the save data or rom somehow.
x 1gig PNY SD card + early version DS + FlashmeV5 + Supercard SD
