:!: Please can someone advise.
I have up-dated to 1.44. The games already on the Cf work fine (and you can now see the actual names!). I have tried to put 4 new games on which are supposed to work according to the master list. With all of them I only obtain a blank screen. I have run though all of the possible options in the programme but have had no luck.

Has anyone else observed this?

Other than trying to do a rollback to 1.43, any other possibilities?

May I know what are the 4 new games that you are referring to so that I can check it out?

The games are
1085 dragonball- reported to work
1285-fire emblem- reported to work
1282- Star wars Falcon- reported to work

2 others no details

1300- Dora Explorer (hey, this is for a 5 and 7 year old)
1315- Game & Watch

I have usually got things to work fine after a bit of messing around with settings, but these don't even load onto the SC.

I have tried all the 5 games with the lastest rominfo.dat file and kernel 1.44. I did not get any blank screen for any of the games, though I get major slowdown in the game Star wars  Star Wars - Flight of the Falcon (U).

Thanks for the info.
I have tried with the new rom.dat file as well and no joy. Woke up this morning and remembered a posting from someone about file sizes in FAT16. As there are >60 games/gba video on there, it may be sensible to split into folders and see what can be done.

Sorry- my stupidity!!!

I went do set up different folders and found that the card was full!

Strangely, it sent the names etc to the card, but they were empty.

Cleared out the videos and everything is working fine.

If you still experience any more white screen problems with any games, try patching the games again without enabling the cheat and restart option. This is because the patching with the 2 options causes the errors.
