Hi guys. Im sort of new to this NDS scene. Is this all I need to play NDS roms?

1. Superpass 1
2. Supercard SD
3. SD card/USB cord/PC card reader

And can someone link me to what flash I should upgrade for superpass 1 card? I have firmware 1 btw (The NDS that launched with metroid)

You don't need to update your superpass1 if you have a V1 DS. In fact, updating it to superpass2 will only make things more complicated.

Ok thanks. Dont I need to flash it to play games without the superpass? I want to flash it because I heard the superpass breaks easily

You need passme+supercard to play DS games or to update your DS firmware with FlashMe. (well there is WiFiMe method)

Flashing your DS firmware is optional.  If you update your DS with flashme, you don't need to use passme anymore.

You will need to update your supercard firmware by starting your DS in GBA mode.

I recommend getting a SuperPass2 anyway because it comes configured as "passme1".  You might need SuperPass2 for DS lite someday, or a friends DS.

You WILL be able to play without superpass in the DS slot, after you upgrade your DS firmware with flashme.  Don't worry about it, superpass1 will work fine for your DS.

Oh ok. Do you have a link to where I can download Flashme for Superpass 1? I looked in the downloads section and couldn't find it. Also checked the supercard.cn site too

I think you might still be confused.  FlashMe updates your DS firmware, not your superpass1.  Read this entire thread carefully.
