Before you do anything else find out what version DS firmware you have.

"If you have FW1,2, or 3, you can use PassMe1. If you have FW4 or 5, you need PassMe2."

http://www.ndshb.com/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=33

Passme2/Superpass2 will work as a regular "passme1" if you have DS firmware 3 or less.  All you should need to do is upgrade the Supercard firmware to run DS games.

If you have DS firmware 4 or higher, then you need to program your Superpass to work with the specific game ROM inserted.

If you need more help then let me know what version DS firmware you have.

ello and Happy to everyone.

Hi sorry to bother you all.  I have the same query and didn't want to flood the board with another topic

I have a Supercard CF and Superpass 2, firmware of supercard is unknown since it doesn't fit into the parallel port to check or update it.

Using the pictochat technique my gba shows 2 light green screens which as I understand means I have DS firmware v3

I then began following this guide - http://www.supercard.cn/superpass2/Superpass2_en_Help.htm (apart from upgrading the superpass which it says isn't needed for old firmware)

To be on the safe side though I put the .gba and .sav with the same gamecode (asmp-0) as the game in the superpass into the CF card

I turn on the DS with only the supercard, I select the .gba file and the message "writing sram - done"

I then turn off the DS and quickly insert the superpass with my DS game, now the same menu appears but with the Supercard logo on the bottom screen and a scrambled name above the .gba file.

Here is where I have trouble.  if I choose a .gba file (such as the one for the hunters demo) it goes back to the "writing sram message" and if I choose the garbled file the DS freezes.

It could simply be a case of downloading a game that isn't in the correct format, but it could also be something to do with my inability to update or check the Superpass 2 firmware

edit:  nevermind, turns out I wasn't loading a rom, will try it and see if it works

Second edit: ok just tried loading a gba rom which is confirmed working perfectly but after loading it shows the normal gameboy advance start screen then freezes in a blank white screen

third edit:  Right now I've tried a DS rom and all I get is 2 white screens.  Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Ok sorry to double post but my problem was solved.

I had neglected to put the roms through the patcher since I didn't know of it until I saw this
