I sent in my ds to service because the thing suddenly stopped working,
looks like they changed the whole pcb board,
and with the new board came a new version of the firmware,
so now my passme and SCCF are obsolete for now! :P
I took a look at my SC after I sent my DS for service,
and it looks like either me or jasmeen, an 8 year old,
got kind of rough with it when the DS died.

So I opened up the SC to straighten up the three pins that were bent,
and after a closer examination, i found that on the other side of the CF connector,
one of the pin that goes down to the PCB board was broken.

So I'm wondering if any of you guys have soldered before
and what's the difficulty of re-soldering a single pin?
I've had some basic soldering lessons at school,
but I think i burnt quite a lot of resistors while soldering at school
as i tend to heat up the joints too much.
Any ideas on how I should deal with this problem?
