my roomate hasn't recieved her order yet either and ordered on the 20th, usps still says tracking info recieved on the 22nd.

My personal experience with TBM has been a good one. I've purchased two supercard miniSD on separate occasions. (I live in Las Vegas)

My USPS tracking is working now and curiously, it says the package just left from Las Vegas on the 31st.. which would be yesterday. What's the deal with this Neptune? Can we at least get some kind of compensation on the shipping cost?

Are you going to be selling the new Superkey or the EZ4 Lite that fits perfectly in a Nintendo DS Lite GBA Slot?

An emergency has come up. My last shipment of Supercard MiniSD's and Superpass2's were literally eaten by my roommate's dogs. All the product was bitten through.

WOW. I mean you don't even come to me or Socket before making this post to see if we had a problem with you asking for money from our members? Everyone is either getting their product shipped today or getting issued a refund. I am sorry it had to come to this but I can't do anything about it. I am truly sorry. I don't want anyone calling me a scammer either because noone is getting ripped off.
