snesDS Rom format?

When I load up snesDS, all I get is "no roms found" at the bottom screen. The rom format I'm trying is .smc. Should I be renaming the roms to something else, or using some other format I don't know of? Because snesDS doesn't seem to be picking them up. I checked all the roms I'm trying with the compatibility list and all are "near perfect". Also, the only snesDS build that doesn't just crash for me is 12/11/2005. Thanks, I'd love to get some snes roms going :).

That's true of the old version, the new version reads the supercard directly. That said, the new version doesn't work with supercard CF yet.

Ah, well that would explain it. What's up with no SC:CF support in a lot of these apps lately?

You can always download an older version of SNESDS and then add roms to it, it just won't directly read from the CF card.

Honestly, the new version is very buggy and most people don't use it anyways. It also has the superdat file disabled currently which cuts down on compatibility quite a bit.
