Is there any software availible for homebrew developlment? I am not a programmer so know nothing about code so would like a package that can write the code for me. Same as dreamweaver does it for designing web sites.

Coding a webpage and programming a real pice of Software are two totally different things. You've to read a lot of books and you should play with a lot of samples to start your first steps there.

Imao building a webpage shouldn't be named "programming".
In my university it is clear that every student has to know html, office things and some other stuff 100% right before he signs up there.
