Should I bother to flash my ds to flashme6?  Right now I have flashme 5.  Will it imporve my ds' performance if I flash to v.6?

If you already have flashed your DS, it will show as v3 (dark green.) Look at my sig for the way to test.

If you run flashme.nds on your DS without actually installing it, it will tell you what you currently have and what you originally had.

It doesn't actually install anything until you press XBXB. Running it to check what FW you had is perfectly safe.

If you want to update to flashme v6, just install it on top of the old version, and you'll probably have to short SL1 again.

acky: correct me if Im way off, but the V5 to V6 update wasnt only for Magic Key. When the update was released, it was posted that it fixed something with the homebrew multiloaders as well (darkains loader, davr's multiloader for Neo PowerKit which was based on darkains loader, and possibly even the GBAMPv2 multiloader hack which is also based on darkains loader)
