Please anyone help!  I have been trying for 3 days to get .gbm and .gbs files to work.  I have some movies in this form and can't get it to run.
Someone recommended filmplay.bin.

I tried running the bin file directly off the nds, but I then got a message telling me to press START. I did so, but then ended up with black screens.

I patched the bin file, but the same thing occurred.

Has ANYONE been able to run gbm and gbs files on supercard?

Any moderators can help me with this?

Much obliged.   :|

Im using a file called filmplay.gba which works great for me, I used to use filmplay.bin but I lost the file and this is all I could find. It just boots the GBA movie player software, and then you select Movie, and find your movie and play. Works like a charm.

No need to patch it or anything. Enjoy.

Oh wait.. Im told that the .gba extension is not allowed. I dont want to get banned or anything.. how about you email me and Ill send it (or tell me your email address and Ill pop it over to you.)

Edit: Found your email address, Ill send it now.
Edit: SENT! good luck!

GBM and GBS are the old media formats the supercard used to play back when it was GBA only.  The quality is kinda bad, but here you go if you must.  Id use moonshell though.

So is the "movie player software" that you can get from the official supercard site... GBA only?

Yeah, the .GBM and .GBS files only work with that GBA Movie Player program. If you want to upgrade to something DS worthy, start reading up on Moonshell.

Hey man thats not true. You can use that movie player software with your DS if you wanted to but Moonshell is infinitely better.

jbullfrog

stinks that moonshell doesn't su[pport gbm and gbs files

i downloaded the file kraken posted on my sd card

gbs (audio part) of the movie works perfectly
gbm (visual part) STINKS

Its all blurry

Truthfully, I think gbm and gbs files willl never run perfectly on supercard
SC can't support

Why gbm and gbs you ask, and not dpg?  Well, I am able to download gbm and gbs files from friends

maybe he means it only runs in GBA mode.. then the answer would be yes... (not full screen on DS)
