patching software v2.51 always said "Failed" under

Do you guys have any idea when I add any games to the list, it alwyas says "Failed" under the Patch column? (last colum to the right) . Is it because the game is not on the patch list?  But when I patch the games, it gives me all the output files for all the games. Thanks for your help.
