I think you might be confused, WiFiMe is a method for sending homebrew code to your DS using download play.  If you want to play MKDS online you need an wireless AP/router or Nintendo USB AP.  There is also a program called SoftAP that will work with certain USB WiFi devices with the RT2500/RT2560 chipset.  I don't know what "WiFi Max" is.
