Sorry, I'm still sort-of confused as to what the changes exactly are and the "added" features...

Okay, I looked into it...

Here are some highlight info on the Chinese site:

It mentions that it saves on battery life. That's a good thing!

Somebody help me with this. At first glance I thought this was referring to fish fingers... mmm...

I'm assuming that the PCB change is being done only to accomodate the security of the SD card. The very first sentence says it has the same function as the CF. Now if he means that it does the same thing or whether it's basically got the same slowdowns and stuff, I'm not entirely sure.

But I pray that it doesn't.  :cry:

I give us a 50/50 chance of this new version having slowdown as Romman has never publicly acknowledged any slowdown problems.  And for that last feature, I have no idea what it's talking about.

I am also really confused by the "golden finger" part...  :eek:
There are some gadgets for overclocking Athlon processors floating around that are sometimes referred to as "golden fingers"... Maybe the Supercard SD will be equipped with something like this? The GBAccelerator is a hardware mod though, so it doesn't feel too likely, does it...? Would be cool though
