Something I noticed about moonshell...

I notice if I convert a movie with dpg encoder and put it at 23 fps with settings like
screen width:256
bitrate:256
frames:23
but aspect ratio on 16:9 the movie doesn't have frame issues and plays smoothly.  If I do the same settings but put aspect ratio 4:3 which makes it full screen it skips a lot.  Usually when I convert movies they already are in 16:9 format so if aspect ratio is on auto detect  then it doesn't matter.  Now I could watch films at 23fps without worrying about skipping frames!  If I want to watch something fullscreen I change it to 4:3 and put fps at 15.  The filesize comes out really really small too!

i tried ur settings of
screen width: 256
bitrate: 256
frames: 15
aspect ratio: 4:3.

Stil got skip frames. so i tried lowering the bitrates to 192 and its works. I used naruto anime rmvb to encode. :)

Moonshell encoder can work on RMVB's? You just made my day!

yes. when selecting the file, on the types of files, click on all files. select the rmvb file.
