I turned on my DS, but turned it off quickly before the supercard menu loaded sompletely. Now When I turn it on, it says "not find the CF" and my computer won't detect the CF either. Is the data unrecoverable?

Holding L and R, I got:

CF error code:05 CF state:51

First thing to do, use USB to check data on CF manually. If you do find missing files [or worst case, nothing at all or won't read], it's a timely reminder that all CF/SD cards will fail eventually, and it's wise to keep backups.
If each mistake being made is a new one, then progress is being made.

for reference, the error code when there really is no CF card in the Supercard is:

error code:02 CF state:00

So the Supercard is detecting SOMETHING...

My computer recognizes my CF card reader, but it won't recognize it if it has the CF in it.

If you PC can't even recover the data, seems like you're screwed.

Well, I can live without my sav files :(

Is there a way I can fix the card so I can use it again?

Try going to Windows Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Computer Management->Disk Management and see if you can see your CF volume there.  If you can (make sure it's the CF) then format it as FAT.  Otherwise you will probably need to buy a new one.  Check if your CF is under warrantee.
