super pass2 and programing

i would have searched but the search seems to be down...

anyway i'm starting to think ahead for my nds lite and i was wondering is it hard or necessary to program the passme 2 if for flashing a nds lite? i've only delt with superpass so i'm really unsure what's needed to be done.
