Moonshell is for DS, not GBA.
Manually signing your posts is dumb.

Firmware versioning: Get a Passcard 3, a SuperKey, or a slot-1 flashkit. Then it doesn't matter which firmware you have.

Pogoshell was more like an OS than Moonshell.

There are homebrews for GBA that replicate most of the features of Moonshell, but no all-encompassing package like Moonshell is.

Search for meteo.  The version I have is 1.4.0.  It works for video.

As far as audio (mp3).  Their was recently a topic with a guy looking for something to play mp3's on GBA.  I told him to search for gbajpegviewer.  It is the only gba program I know of that plays mp3's

I was bored so I did a search and found a page with all the gba homebrew stuff you need as far as videos, pics, mp3's.

They actually have a music player that I did not know about but it says it is a .wav file converter not mp3.  The gbajpegviewer on the site will play mp3, but its primary function is viewing pictures.  The meteo program is also on the site.

The link is here http://www.gbaflashguide.com/main.php?p=utilities

Enjoy :)

The best music player for gba is GSMPlayer
