I hope that its exist. I looking for a homebrew NDS application for SC SD that can copy/cut/delete/move/rename/etc. files in the SD, for the NDS!

well this is possible except the copy part as the dsram is is small howver this can be overcomed easily by copying to ram in chunks (3 megs maybe)

then saving to the other location

im might code this ( im not anywhere near my dev pc for this week) dont wait since i have exams and such so i may not have time

You should try DSOrganize. It does lots of useful things.
