Hi I just want to ask you about something with my GBA Roms,I recently played Legend of Zelda:Minish Cap however whenever I tried to backup the save with L+R+A+SELECT The file is corrupted,is there any way to fix this problem?? Please Reply ASAP

Patch the Game with the Real Timer Saver Option, and Save with L + R + Select + B. That´s working fine with the Supercard.
Otherwise you can use the QPC Method to Save. Save with L + R + Select + A, then Turn the NDS off, and immediately turn on the NDS again. Then go to the Saver Menu, select the Minish Cap Save and Save to SD.
Both methods works fine, but i use the Real Time Saver, because it´s lesser Nerve-Racking.

The regular saving method(L+R+A+select) is working fine with me, never had a problem with this game, in fact I finished it two weeks ago.
What version of the patcher are you using ?
At the time I was playing it I used 2.51, but i din't try with newer versions because I beat the game already.
And I used the (E) version.

I can also confirm Minish Cap U version is working fine with regular saves.
