How Do I Used FlashMe On My Nintendo DS Lite?

Hi there I have never flash my ds lite console before and I was woundering on how you do It. I got a Super Card SD Version and a PassMe 2-Z. But I don't want to open my ds lite console when doing It. Can you still flash It without having to open the ds lite battery cover etc. I have not done this before and I am very new with flashme. Thanks for reading this. P.S It won't damgae my ds lite will It?
