What files do I copy when moving my 'saves' to another card.

I am gradually getting used to the way that the SC does 'saves'. I have looked at the "Save FAQ", but it doesn't go into this kind of detail!

I assume that I am right in thinking that when I using an ingame 'save' the .SAV file is the one which contains the save info.

What about 'Real Time Save'? Is that what the '.SCI' file is for??

I am asking this because, say I have played a game and saved, but then want to use the CF card for other games (or even something else), what files to I need to take a copy off to ensure that I 'keep' the save for another day?

Any info on this would be appreciated

Yes, you are correct. The .sav file contains data that is written when you save in the game and then write to your CF card and .sci files are for real time saves for games with passwords and such. Just to be safe unless you dont need your real time save file just copy all of your .sav and .sci files and store them in a folder on your hard drive. When you want to play a game using those files just copy them back to your CF card. I myself keep a copy of all my save files on my hard drive so as not to lose my data and it works very well.
