What do you do when you open a ROM from you're Supercard SD, and both of the screens just go white?

Are you running them through the supercard patcher first? Go to http://eng.supercard.cn and download the software. Then once its installed, run it and hit the Add button. Choose your Roms, then hit OUT.

Browse to the C:\program files\SC\out folder and copy the 2 files per game over to your supercard. They should start right away.

Add image to postupercard. They should start right away.

I've done exactly that. I open up the nds.dsq file in the list, then both screens just go white. Have I maybe missed something out? Perhaps, a flashing of my DS lite is needed ..?

EDIT: Maybe I need to update my firmware. Have you got a link to the latest one? That could be it..  :roll:

I have been trying to figure out whats wrong the whole day. Maybe I should start again. Like, programme everything all over again.

Is this every rom that you're trying, or just a few? It could also be the ROM itself that you got.. i've seen bad ones floating around.

Try turning off the DS, then hold L + R and turn it on to run the supercard tests. Keep pressing A until all the tests run and make sure you don't have any errors.

I took a picture of the screen after I turned off the DS, then back on to make the bottom screen have SuperCard DS.  On the bottom is the Tony Hawk ROM I put on to the SD card. The middle is the file I used to do the SRAM thing. And the top is .. I don't know. It says sram ite ( in card ). It has a wierd symbol after the sram bit.

Can this maybe help with whats wrong?

And yes, every ROM I have tried, makes the screens go white. AND, the supercard is fine. When I did the test, everything got Ok!

This section has more people online. I just need to sort this problem out and I'll be out of everybodies hair.

Looks like something is corrupted. Have you tried reformatting the sd card? Also, what version is your supercard? Go through the steps i told you before to run tests. when they're done, it will tell you your supercard version.

It says SC Version: 1.62
And I have tried reformatting the card. A few times actually.

Is it something to do with my firmware? Because I don't think I updated it. Maybe that is the problem. Is there a link to all the firmware things please?

HUZZAH!!! I upgraded the firmware to 1.63 with the patcher, and it now all works!
