how can i get a star under my name

i just noticed a few select people with stars under there names (bitblt, cory1492 & m2pt5)
whats that all about???

I had to participate in a bizarre hazing ritual that included getting whacked by the m2pt5 bat, and getting bricks thrown at me by cory1492. My head is still throbbing. :wink:

I think it's primarily because we have been good at answering the Supercard-related questions here.

(And cory1492 has actually done some coding, like hacking Moonshell to work with SD before Moonlight added that capability.)

Ya the stars are for those "special" (not shoprt bus special) members who contribute alot of knowledge in helping others.

The best way to get yourself noticed as being worthy of the "Guru" status is to answer lots of help threads. Just having the knowledge isn't enough

You get a star by answering a ton of technical questions and being helpful in general to other members.
