Ive been using the supercard for about 2 months now, and at first everythign was working fine and I have been really astonished how flawless everything is (espacially that I dont have to carry boxes of games, i can put them all on one sd instead).

My laptop had to get formatted unfortunately and after reinstalling the supercard software I seem to have a problem. It is out-ing the wrong file format. The original software was outing .dsq which works fine, but now it seems to be outing .dsi and .scz? mainly dsi though I somehow have one .scz file.. I dont know what the different formats are for but if anybody could give me a clue as to what the problem is or where the correct software is available for download , then it would be helpful. I tried the supercard tech support several times but no reply.

Thanks!

NDS Roms: *.nds.dsq (patched with SC rom patcher + PassMe type device, executes from SD/CF card)
NDS Roms: *.nds.dsi (patched with SC rom patcher + PassMe type device, loads into Supercard RAM before executing)
NDS Saves: *.nds.sav (Can be found on scdev.org)

i just found this on a link.. what the hell does that mean?whats a passme device? whats a sc rom patcher? Can I have both file types on the sd card at once and easily execute both file types?

Make sure you right-click the files in the supercard patcher menu and set Saver and ROM Position to SD.

Patch "clean dump" commercial game roms . . .
1) verify game roms with Nintenren software
2) patch game roms with latest supercard patcher software (v2.541)

3) use this list for best patcher software options
http://www.dualscene.net/lists/index.php?listname=Supercard
4) copy patched *.dsq and *.sav files to SD
5) run patched files in DS mode

Exactly. Have fun, and buy games you play.  Throw Nintendo a bone.
