I was browsing the Supercard website and stumbled upon this:
QuoteSUPER CARD GBA Features

GBA FOUR Dream Functions:
1. Real time save. Real-time saving is supported. Save your game at anytime!
2. Compress game support. Game compression to save storage space is available.
3. Playing game and view Game guide at the same time. Switch between gameplay and reading a game-guide, without restarting!
4. Without burnning flash, just copy as U Disk Use a CF or SD card reader to quickly transfer your games.

All I can think off is some key combo that leads to a text viewer? I know you can press L+R+START+SEL to go back to the main menu and the first item on the list 'GAMENAME (in card)' will bring you back to your game (but it reboots the game, you just don't have to load it again). I tried going to the menu and loading up a text reading homebrew only to remember there's no going back to the main menu function. If anyone has any info about this, like if it's only accessable in DS mode or some such it would help a lot.

EDIT: All right, so I figured it out. When you patch your GBA game you can add a text file to it (.TXT). During play you can press L+R+START+B to reach the SC BOOK. It divides the text file into pages. Left and Right navigate the pages one at a time, A turns the page one. L and R navigate the pages Back and Forward 10 pages. B returns to the game. While the game is in play the Supercard remembers what page you were on, however when you turn the GBA/DS off, you go back to page 1.

It does not seem to support blank lines:
QuoteLine1

Line 3
Where line 2 would be is a blank line, in the SC Book it would look like this:
QuoteLine1
Line3
Also, tabs are not supprted, but multiple spaces are. So if you have Walkthrough with tabs, you can replace them all with a few spaces.

Cool.  Wish I knew about this when I was playing Initial D Another Stage.  It sucked not knowing what drifts I was performing since I can't read Japanese.  I printed off a paper guide to use.  However, I ended up beating the game while sitting at the pool without the guide via trial and error. :D
