I have a mario64 DS, case, manual (manual is near perfect, it looks like it got a tiny bit moist during storage so the pages are rippled along the unbound edge - kinda like a magazine left in the bathroom when someone is showering), a health and safety guide and a subscribe to nintendo power insert. (not sure if there was a "register now" type insert with this one, when I got it I just took the game out and put the box in the closet).
